So this is what happens when you let a 14 month old run off on her own for a few moments!! Yes, we made YET another trip up to Charlotte, Grandma was on the phone, mom and dad were watching a movie with the Russians, and where was Addie?? Pulling all 200 grocery bags out of Grandma's cupboard!! You gotta love it...and then of course she looks up to us and give us her "what?? I am innocent" look.
But yes, we were up in Charlotte for another week. Addie and I stayed in Charlotte while Mike flew off to Tennessee for his school orientation. Then Mike got home late Friday night and then we stayed throughout the rest of the weekend.
This past week has been rough for me. This last Tuesday I had my wrist surgery...I had a ganglion cyst removed. Well the cyst ended up being larger than the doctor anticipated and so the doctor made like a big ole' cut. I have 5 very large and spread out stitches. It has been a painful week and hard since that stupid cyst was "conveniently" on my RIGHT hand and I am RIGHT handed...yes lets just say that it SUCKED big time!! I didn't and still dont have a lot of use with my right hand, or if i do it is extremely painful. But thank goodness we were able to go to Charlotte and have my mom help me out A LOT! And thank you to my wonderful husband for all of his help as well. This surgery got done just in time for our BIG move in just over a week!! We are so anxious and excited! We cant believe that this time has finally come!! It is going to be a very busy holiday season for us, but we have so much to be thankful for. Hope everyone has a good TURKEY DAY!!

And why mom insists on keeping 200 grocery sacks is beyond me. I have a similar picture of doing the exact same thing in the exact same house about a year ago.

Bummer deal with you wrist. That totally stinks! Hopefully the worst of it is over with.
