Oh Where Oh Where Could My Little Addie Be??

So the other day Addison was just playing around the house and terrorizing like she usually does, when all of a sudden I realized that it was really quiet. And when it is quiet...that is not a good sign with a little kid b/c then you know that they are doing something they shouldnt. So I start walking around the house...I looked in her room, no Addie. I looked in my bedroom, no Addie. Kitchen, nope, family room, nope. I looked in both bathrooms, nope. I was starting to panic a little...where could have that little girl gone?? So then I decided to look through every room again. My bedroom, nope, bathroom, nope. Then I finally went into her room....and Addison has a princess tent, so I look inside of there and she had fallen asleep in there!! It was the cutest, sweetest thing. She scared me half to death when I couldnt find her....but it was so funny to see her camping out in her little tent. She had dragged her blankie, some of her books and toys in there as well and was just having a little "Addison" campout.

Nothing like being scared half to death, I recall a few of my kids doing that to me. At least she was still in the house.

That is so cute, after you got over the scared stage that it. At least she is using her tent for what it supposed to be.

oh my gosh how adorable is that! I can't wait to have a toddler! I hope it was a LONG nap so you had some time to relax.

Lucky you, I couldn't hear Macey yesterday and she was in her room trying to cut open a box of diapers with a little pair of scissors (dull tipped of course). I took them away and 5 minutes later she was still trying to get the box open with her nail clippers.

I'm glad you found her. Once my friend lost our other friend's little boy. We looked all over her house for him. She finally called the police and were searching the neighborhood when she had the impression to look in her son's room one more time and found him asleep in between the bunk bed and the wall. He had rolled there from the bed and you couldn't see him unless you were on top of the bed! Kids can find any crack to get into. That kid is now a senior in computer science at BYU ID, so they manage to grow up,
