Today we celebrated our dog, Cooper's 4th Birthday---I am not sure how old that is in dog years. Now I know what you are probably thinking...."they are celebrating their dog's birthday? Really??" Well I have news for you---REALLY we are. Judge us if you want to. But Addison was so excited to help bake a birthday cake for Cooper today. She has been singing "happy birthday" to him all day long. It has been the cutest thing ever.
Throwing our dog a birthday party is also helping pass time while dad is away in the Dominican Republic. Sorry there are no pictures to post....I couldnt get any pictures of this fabulous event that took place today b/c I am currently camera-less and my cell phone camera sucks. Therefore, today you just get to read about it.
It was a fun little party we had for him...we just had cake in honor of Cooper and for his present he got a package of Beggin Strips (bacon-type treats for dogs). Cooper has been a good, fun, and VERY loyal dog. I never thought I could love the little black mut so much. But he really is a big part of our family and it will be sad day when he goes. Happy Birthday, Cooper.

Aw, I think it's fun. I think pets are part of the family, too. Besides, it's fun to think of excuses to celebrate!
