So Addison has been so funny lately....just this past week she has started picking up her daily chore ALL BY HERSELF!! Its awesome! What is that chore you ask?? Well its getting the dog food. Everyday Addison has been helping with Cooper's Dog Food..I fill the bowl up with the food, and then Addison carries it over to where the dog bowl is supposed to go. Well just the other day, I walk into the kitchen and Addison had Cooper's dog bowl and was filling it up with dog food ALL BY HERSELF!! What a sweet moment! She now does this twice a day, all by herself...and I dont even have to tell her...she sees that it is empty, and she automatically picks up the dog bowl and goes to the pantry, opens the door by herself, and fills the bowl up, and then takes it back to Cooper's "spot". I love it!! B/c I hate the smell of that dog food, and Addie doesnt seem to mind it, and then also, this dog food thing keeps her busy for a good 20 minutes. Isnt life grand!!??

**haha as you can see...there are only a few pieces in the dog bowl....this is why it takes her about 20 minutes to fill it up....b/c she only gets about a 1/2 cup full..and Cooper eats it all up by the time she gets the next scoop into the bowl...haha its pretty funny to watch...poor girl, but she likes it and it keeps her busy for mom!! (sigh)

That's awesome!!!! Steve and I have realized things go much smoother if we let Aleena help and she loves it!! She is so good at picking things up for us without us asking! So I'm hoping if I reward her everytime that she'll want to do it longer! :)
lol- what a great chore for Addie! Macey puts the soap in the dishwasher and turns it on, and she replaces the garbage bag after we take it out.
That is so cute that she just decided to do it herself. I wonder how long she will keep that up...? She is so cute.
That is pretty impressive! What a good little girl...hopefully she'll pick up on some other chores like picking up toys, making her bed, etc.!
Oh man bring her to my house! I need a helper that can do that one task! Means in our house of adults, Im apparently the only one who sees the dog needs food! You have done well for yourself! LOL
