So our 4th of July was very laid back...and I mean REALLY laid back. We really didnt do much at all. We had plans to do stuff, like go fishing, attend this 4th of July festival thingy, and then hit up a firework show. Well we did manage to do item #3 on our list, but the others we had to cross off the list due to Rhett keeping us up the entire night before, and he ran a fever all day long. So unfortunately we had to skip out on the other activities, but we did make it to a pretty awesome firework show that night...it really was good. Although our little man was sick, we did manage to squeeze in a little picture taking time. I am happy to report that he is feeling much better. I am not sure if he had the fever due to really being sick, or b/c of the fact that he is teething right now. Either way, we are happy he is doing much better. Hopefully next year will be a little more eventful.
And here is a random video I took while we were waiting for it to get dark so the firework show could start. We watched them from the Wegman's parking lot so we wouldnt have to sit in traffic for forever and a day. I was excited to upload it now that I have FINALLY figured out how to do so...enjoy!
