This past Wednesday (07.31.2013), Mike ended up getting called off of work. Since it was such a beautiful day, and it being the last day of July, we decided to head down to Canandaigua (about a 25 min drive) to take the kids swimming in the lake there. Canandaigua Lake is one of New York's Finger Lakes...they are gorgeous lakes and are some of the cleanest lakes in the nation. Anyhow--Canandaigua has a beachy area complete with lifeguards, sandy beach, and a roped off swimming area. Needless to say, the kids had a GREAT time. They werent too happy when we told them it was time go.

This kid has no fear of the water....he was having a good ole' time rolling and lying around in the water.
