So this past weekend Mike, Addie, and I made a trip up to Jackson, Tennessee where we will be moving to this coming December. Jackson is a gorgeous town. It is very green, lots of trees, and rolling hills. I really liked what I saw in Jackson. It is a small college town and they have everything that I NEED to survive. They have all my favorite stores and restaurants. You name it, Jackson has got it.
Jackson is a small town with a BIG town feel. It is one of the FRIENDLIEST towns that Mike and I have ever been too. Everyone was so nice...everywhere we went we had someone saying "HELLO" to us. Even random people passing by would smile and wave to us. We loved it. Union University also has a gorgeous campus, down below I have provided some pictures of Union. A lot of it is still under construction b/c last summer Union had a tornado that whipped through it and did a lot of damage, hopefully that wont happen again.
We also went and checked out the church. The church is only about a 1/2 mile away from Union Univ. and then the shopping area is only 1/4 mile away from Union. Everything is all right together which makes it very convenient and affordable to drive with the way gas prices are now. We are very excited and anxious to move up there this December. We feel that Union University was a great choice for Mike and Jackson will definitely be a wonderful place for our family to live.

Driving through the middle part of campus.
The nursing building...where Mike will attend classes. (2 different shots of it) It is a gorgeous building...brand new and very nice. He is going to be spoiled.
This is the side view of the building where Mike will be learning his skills.
This is what you say coming up the hill towards Union Univ.
