Baby Addie and Donkey Pool Floatie

So yesterday, I got to watch this adorable little 1 month old baby for this lady in my church here. B/c I was watching her all day, I busted out Addison's baby swing to put the baby in....well Addison decided that b/c the little baby got to sit in the swing, that she should get to sit in the swing, too, (pictured above). I told her that she was being a baby, and so in the second picture, she looked at me and stuck her thumb right into her mouth....silly kid!

Also, last week for our weekly Playgroup, we got to go swimming at this lady's house, who lives in our ward. She has swimming pool in her backyard and let a bunch of us come over to go swimming. Before we left, we had to go buy Addison a new pool floatie since her other one got a hole in it. After buying it, I blew it up and all day long, that little girl sat in her floatie refusing to get out...it was kind of funny. So pictured below is Addison in her new "donkey" floatie.....Yes peoples, that is a DONKEY, I personally think it looks like a giraffe, but on the package, it claims its a donkey. Whatever.....

She was giving her "so called donkey" kisses.

Other then the few more random moments by Addison, nothing, as usual, is going on. Addison and I leave this coming Sunday for CHARLESTON and we are very excited. My parents rented a beach house right on the beach for the week. After spending a good 5 days in Charleston, we will head up to Charlotte to spend the week at my parents house. Unfortunately, we are leaving Mike behind us due to his schooling that we all know and love :/ So he will be bacheloring it up for a good 10 days. But we just found out in August that he as 2 weeks off! YAY!! So we will probably be heading back to South Carolina and Charlotte for those 2 weeks to hang with the parentals as ususal. But whats not to like about it, 1 set of parents lives right by the beach and the other set lives around AWESOME shopping and they have a big NICE swimming pool in the backyard, and its all FREE. Gotta love it!

I think that is hilarious that she stayed in the "donkey"all day. When she get older and if "heaven forbid" she should ever need to be grounded, you can just tell her she has earned the donkey floatie for a week!
