Ok, so finally an update on our trip. Addison and I made it home late last night from Charlotte. And yes, in case you are wondering, we were mega delayed going out to Charleston, and delayed again coming back from Charlotte....I have finally come to the realization that I am totally CURSED when traveling ALONE with my toddler...the airlines HATE me, no matter which one I fly, but oh well...thats life.
So b/c there are so many pictures I am breaking up my blog entries into separate sections....but all in all we had an AWESOME time going back home to Charleston. And yes, it made me homesick yet again for my beloved beach and waterways....but its OK peoples, I will get over it.
Sunday (July 5th) Addison and I got in late, but made it. We made our way to the GORGEOUS beach house we were staying in and hung out with the family that night. The next day we made our way to downtown Charleston to the markets and did a little shopping, for lunch we went to the Amazing WILD WING CAFE. After eating lunch we finally made it to do a little swimming and playing in the sand at the beach.....oh beloved beach, how i miss you so.... Sorry, I had a little moment there. but it was an awesome start to a fun vacation....enjoy the pictures so far...more to come tomorrow...
