So this has been on-going since we have lived in this rental house that we are living in, but ever since we moved in here, we continue to get mail and phone calls for this lady named Terry. Apparently, she was the previous tenant who live in this house, and who happened to be EVICTED as well. The phone calls and the mail have been pretty annoying, but we just simply hang up or ignore the phone calls and forward her mail on.
Well today kind of pushed the limits, now this woman is really pissing me off and I would LOVE to find her and give her a good whoopin'. So first of all, the other night, at like 1:30 in the morning, Cooper (our dog) starts growling and barking...I of course shot out of bed and heard car doors slamming shut...I run to the front window and peek outside to see this tow truck in our driveway! What the heck??!! So as I am sitting there looking at them, they then get back into their truck and leave. After that, I didnt really think anything of it.
So today comes, this tow truck pulls up and the guy gets out and comes to our door asking us if we were Terry...I, of course said NO WAY and explained how we keep getting her mail and phone calls for her. He said that he was the "Repo" guy and he was sent there from the Bank to come Repossess her car....obviously it wasnt there. The guy then went on explaining how if he couldnt find her, then the finance peoples were going to send the Sheriff's department out. OH LOVELY....and then told us that they were looking for a 2005 GMC Sierra and that there was a cash reward for anyone who found it...WAHOO now this got interesting and got me really wanting to find this woman. Apparently she has been fraudulently using our address and phone number (which used to be hers) for all her finance crap. I disliked this woman before and now I really dislike her.
Well I got news for ya, TERRY....We have been here since December 2008, we have proof, we have kept ALL of our rental receipts (we watch too much Judge Judy and Judge Joe Brown)....and you are going DOWN. I am now on the look out for a 2005 White GMC Sierra b/c we could really use the money. So now its a little game..."Where is Terry"

Not quite as exciting as yours. Our previous phone number use to be a business, "Pinch of Pleasure". We still get their calls 3 years later. Hope they find Terri soon.
Lol-you dork! I will be on the look out for ya in case she high tailed it down to Houston!! hahaha! I used to get calls for Pizza Hut.. nothing too exciting but once I did take an order.

You are so funnny! your blog made me laugh so hard! I too get calls for an Indian Lady named Katharine featherhead who is obviously on many deliquent lists! I hope you find Terry in honor of all of us who get annoying calls that we don't deserve! Maybe Dog the Bounty Hunter will be brought in!
Years ago when we lived in Corinne, we would get calls for Murph's Inn, the local bar and hamburger joint in town. One day this lady kept calling asking for Bud. We kept trying to tell her she had the wrong number, but she still kept calling. Matt finally answered the phone as Murph's Inn. When she asked for Bud, he said sure he's here. Then he started making all kinds of noise and yelling. He told the lady a fight had broken out in the bar and that Bud had been hit over the head with a beer bottle and had to go to the hospital. She hung up and we never heard from her again!
