More Beach and Fun!

The view of the top of Morris Island Lighthouse as you are walking down Folly Beach.

Addie playing on the beach towel.

Me and Addie were walking down to the beach, when Addie bent down to pick up a crab...yep, Addie found her first crab...here is a picture of the crab.

Addison helping Uncle Blaine and Aunt Heather build a sand castle.

We tried making Addie look like a mermaid....

So Blaine and Heather came down for a second weekend to stay with us before they head up to Atlanta for more training. Yesterday, we got to have another beach day where we headed on down to Folly Beach. It was yet, another perfect day. It wasnt super super hot, and the water was perfect. Mike and Blaine also were able to do a little fishing. Blaine, (of course by PURE LUCK) caught a fish, if you want to see it, you will have to go to Heather and Blaine's blog, b/c the picture was on their camera. Anyways, we have really enjoyed having them here, again.

Here I have posted pictures of us at Folly Beach. At Folly Beach, there is one of my favorite lighthouses, the Morris Island Lighthouse. This lighthouse sits off of Folly Beach and is completely surrounded by water. Just to give you a little history lesson....the lighthouse onces stood on an island with buildings surrounding it. Due to the change of currents, the island began to shrink and the buildings around the lighthouse were destroyed. They were going to destroy the lighthouse but the locals petitioned against it and the lighthouse stayed. It is a gorgeous lighthouse to see. I love it!! Therefore I have posted a picture of the Morris Island Lighthouse, also.
