New Additions to our Family...

So this past weekend we added to our family. We got 3 fish....and a new 3 gallon fish tank. In honor of the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, we decided to name our fish after the Olympics. Looking at the 2nd picture of the fish...the top one is name "Phelps", we name him after the awesome swimmer Michael Phelps...this fish has a bright stripe across it...it reminded us of Michael Phelps blue swim pants. The middle fish is named "Olympia". Olympia was named after the Olympic torch b/c its tail is yellow and orange like a flame and it really does look like the Olympic Torch. The bottom fish is named "Jack Sparrow". Obviously, Jack Sparrow is not named after the Olympics..but Mike likes pirates, and this fish has dark colors like a pirate.

We decided to get the fish tank b/c it makes a really cool night light for Addison. And she LOVES it. Instead of her usual screaming when we try to lay her down...she is entertained by her new night light. We love it! As does she.

***just to let y'all know...i had my olympic background before Heather did.....

Awesome new pet! Brad has wanted fish forever, but he wants a "momma" sized tank, like the kind in a dentist's office. He's a dork!

Hey you,
It's crazy how time flys. Your little girl is absolutely beautiful too. I miss Jr. Jazz. That was so much fun. You're doing really good yourself. I love getting to see everyone on here.

I will give you the same advice that I gave to Becky, just don't bring home any gerbils if you value your furniture.
