Valentine's Shmalentine's

OHHHHH Valentine's Day. Ehhh, whatever. Mike and I have never really gotten into V-Day. We just dont. We have fun with the girls by making cookies, crafts, and all. As far as the romantic/couple part of it, we really dont care much for it. We are poops, I know. Mike did manage to bring home a dozen red roses for me though...I was caught off guard by them! They are gorgeous, and I am happy to say that after almost 2 weeks, they are still very much alive! He also brought home the girls each a rose. At first the girls were really excited about their flowers from daddy, but after about 3 minutes, and before I could even get a picture of them with their roses, they were using them as swords and were fighting against one another. Zoey's broke after about 30 seconds or so. Oh well, it was the thought that count, hon. For the first time ever, we did actually go out on V-Day night. We normally avoid going out on this night, but we were invited to a dinner party at PF Changs with some people from church. So thanks to our awesome babysitter who we called last minute, we were able to go. So we went, enjoyed some yummy food, and then came home. Happy Valentines!!
